There are also PayPal buttons to pay for your entry fee and carvery payments.
Please download the forms fill them in and e-mail them back to the office.

The entry form now has the option to enter up to 5 athletes for those of you who have more than one member living in your household.
If you only need to enter one person just use the top line.

Don't forget to tick the box to accept the code of conduct or your entry will not be accepted.
The code of conduct can be found by following the link on the entry form or on the website.
