Shooting Development Days

Shooting Range

DSAuk in partnership with the Disabled Shooting Project are hosting a series of Shooting Development Days.
There will be plenty of opportunity for coaching and practicing air rifle target shooting along with the opportunity at certain venues to try new styles of shooting such as crossbow and pistol.

With the 2013 World Dwarf Games now including the sport of air pistol shooting, we are looking to develop this new sport and build a strong team to represent DSAuk at the World Games.
New advances will be made over the next twelve months in suitable pistols and grips and the development day on March 18th will offer the opportunity to be involved at the start of this process.
John Lloyd at Blackburn Rifle and Pistol Club has already helped in identifying a suitable model of pistol and these will be available to try on the day.
Further development days will take place during 2012 and 2013.

The venues for the days will be based in the North, Midlands and South. Dates are as follows:
North: 18th March 2012 at Blackburn Rifle and Pistol Club.
Midlands: 15th April 2012 at National Shooting Centre, Aldersley.
South: July 1st at National Shooting Centre, Bisley.
