British Athletics – Talent Introduction Days

~ Open Training Sessions for Paralympic Athletics ~

We are inviting all new and aspiring athletes to the Talent Introduction Days being held this winter and spring to experience a day of training with specialist coaches for sprints, throws and wheelchair racing. Information will be provided about Parallel Success competition opportunities during the 2014 season.

Parallel Success – the British Athletics Paralympic Program – has seen a huge rise in numbers and performances across all age groups taking part in domestic events. At the 2013 IPC World Championships the GB team included nine athletes making their senior debuts, and one of these was Sophie Hahn who attended a Talent Introduction Day in Loughborough last February before going on to win T38 100m and 200m Gold and Silver, plus a World Record aged 16years.
