The British International Swimming Championships are being held at Ponds Forge in Sheffield on the 6-8 April.
This is the last chance for Britain’s top swimmers to qualify for the London Paralympics.
Why not go along and support all the Uk’s best swimmers and cheer them on as they race for their place on the GB team.
The DSA patrons Ellie Simmonds and Matt Whorwood will be competing along side other Olympic hopefuls.
