At the 2025 World Para Swimming Championships in Singapore, DSAuk members delivered standout performances across multiple events.

Bruce Dee impressed in the SM6 classification, achieving personal bests in the Men’s 200m Individual Medley (4th place, just 0.4 seconds from a medal) and 100m Breaststroke SB6 (4th place, 1:20.97). Dee also helped Great Britain secure silver in the relay alongside Alice Tai, Faye Rogers, and Roan Brennan, finishing just 0.15 seconds behind gold. 

Dearbhaile Brady made her mark with two medals for Team Ireland. She earned bronze in the S6 50m Freestyle (34.69 seconds) and silver in the S6 50m Butterfly (35.61 seconds), while finishing 7th in the SB6 100m Breaststroke final (1:49.24).

Leo McCrea of Switzerland performed strongly in the Men’s 100m Breaststroke SB5, finishing 5th in a competitive final with a time of 1:32.42, just behind the medalists. McCrea continues to build on his reputation following his gold-medal performance at the Paris 2024 Paralympics.

Overall, DSAuk athletes showcased exceptional talent, determination, and teamwork, highlighting their growth and potential on the global para swimming stage and inspiring the next generation of swimmers.
