ParalympicsGB launched the Equal Play campaign. Its goal is to ensure that no child is left on the sidelines by asking the UK government to commit to making positive changes for disabled children to improve their access to school sport.
Just 1 in 4 disabled children say they take part regularly in sport at school. There are 1.5 million disabled children – 15% of the school population – and it is shocking that such a large number of young people do not have the chance to participate in sport and develop and grow as a result.
ParalympicsGB has published an Open Letter calling for the Prime Minister to commit to a clear plan to create positive change on this issue.

DSAuk become a member of the British Paralympic Association. The Dwarf Sports Association UK (DSAuk) have been invited to become a full voting member of the British Paralympic Association (BPA) at the
